What is included

• Installation and connection of your receiver
• Alignment and testing of your existing dish or aerial
• Full channel tuning
• Viewing card activation where the system needs it
• Cable routing and tidying at the receiver end
• A handover, so you leave knowing how to use the box, the guide and the recordings

What is not included

Being straight about this saves everyone a wasted visit.

• A new dish. This service works with the dish or aerial you already have. If yours is missing, damaged or pointed at the wrong satellite and needs replacing, that is a separate job and a separate quote.
• Major cable runs through walls, floors or lofts.
• Wall mounting a television.
• Work at height beyond normal ladder access, or anything needing scaffolding or a tower.

None of that is a problem, it just needs pricing separately. Tell us what you have when you book and we will be clear about the cost before we come.

Have this ready when we arrive

• Your receiver and viewing card, if you have already bought them
• Access to the television and to a mains socket
• Access to where the dish cable comes into the property
• Your Wi-Fi password if the box uses it

Which satellite do you need?

It matters, because they are different positions and a dish pointed at one will not receive another. French TNTSAT and German television come from Astra 19.2 East. French Fransat comes from Eutelsat 5 West B. Italian tivùsat and BIS TV come from Hotbird 13 East. Spanish Astra TV comes from Astra 19.2 East. If your dish is on the wrong one, we will need to realign it or add an LNB, so tell us what you are trying to watch when you book.
